Description:
Data as reported by adults responding to the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System telephone survey. Includes mental health, activity limitations, access to health care, chronic disease awareness and diagnosis (diabetes, heart disease, cancer), Body Mass Index (BMI)/overweight/obesity, physical activity, smoking/tobacco, alcohol/drinking, healthy eating/fruit/vegetables, immunizations, and utilization of screening tools like mammograms and Pap smears.
